Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery within the UK is free of charge, delivered by Royal Mail - Insured Next Day Delivery.
Delivery Schedule UK orders are Next Day Delivery from the date of despatch.

Delivery to the USA, North America and Europe is usually within 7-10 days from the date of despatch.
Should you require a faster postal service we can despatch via UPS however this does incur an extra charge of £25.

Completion of your Seal or Crest Ring approximately 7-14 days from the confirmation of your order.Please refer to the shipping schedule above for details on shipping times.

Due to the nature of the product and the time needed for the engraving process the delivery schedule varies on a job-by-job basis.
Back Orders Back Orders If an item is out of stock and a delivery is expected in a couple of days we will hold your order until it is ready to be shipped in its entirety (unless you request otherwise).

If the item will not be back in stock for more than a couple of days we will send as much of your order as we can, and then ship the remaining product as soon as we receive it. Alternatively, if there is a similar product available, we reserve the right to substitute this for the product ordered.
Tax Charges Please note that at this time VAT is not charged on all of our orders.
